Who we are

Nakoma Terrace Condominiums is a two-building, eight-total-units, owner-occupied condominium community.  Our buildings were constructed in the early 1950's as apartments and then became condominiums in 1979.  All units are 2-bedroom, 1-bath with living room, eat-in kitchen and a lovely sun porch that overlooks the Cherokee Middle School sports field.  We are self-managed and self-governed.

Common Questions

Pets?  Up to 2 cats, 2 birds, fish and small encaged rodents or reptiles.

Parking?  3 Units in each building are provided with a single car garage. The remaining 2 Units (one in each building) have designated parking spaces in the lot.

Fees?  This depends on the number of residents in a Unit.  Currently, monthly fees are $374-$422 and include the general Owners fee, a Reserve Account fee, and a fee for the water, gas and electric used in the Common Areas.

Elevators?  Sorry, none.

Personal Utilities?  Personal electric, water and sewer is billed directly to you from the utility companies.

Laundry?   A washer and dryer is available in the basement of each building.  There is no extra cost for the use.

Storage?  Besides the garages of those Units that have use of one, each Unit has a storage closet in the basement.  Storage outside of the storage closets is not permitted, including outside the building without special permission.
